- Web Design & Development – custom websites and applications tailored to client requirements.
- App Development – mobile and web-based applications.
- Support & Maintenance – ongoing technical support, some of which require monthly subscription payments.
- Training – organized workshops, courses, and training programs.
3. Payments & Billing
- Project fees are agreed upon before commencement and may require upfront payment or staged payments.
- Monthly support services are billed automatically to your card until you cancel.
- Training sessions must be paid in full before participation.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary materials to enable us deliver services.
- Delays in providing required information may extend project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables remain the property of Dawih Solutions Limited until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Dawih retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for marketing purposes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during the course of service.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.
- In the event of termination, completed work to date will be billed, and any outstanding payments must be settled.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, or third-party claims.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
